Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use Zoominfo for contact acquisition, alerts on companies/contacts, and data enrichment. We target large enterprise companies across a number of different industries so it's vital we have up-to-date information on our customers and prospects. It also integrates with a number of different tools in our tech stack such as Linkedin, SFDC, and Outreach.

Zoominfo is well-suited for sales, recruiting, customer success, marketing, finding new sales contacts, finding key decision-makers, and completing account research to see what technologies they use. It works best for larger companies with teams in the 10-50 range. This tool would be overkill for small teams with below-average markets.
