Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We're using ZoomInfo to connect with new leads via email lead gen campaigns. Our company pivoted from a B2C product to a B2B product during the Covid-19 pandemic so using ZoomInfo was helpful as we delved [into] new demand channels on the B2B side.

I have done ample research on products comparable to ZoomInfo but ultimately nothing stacked up— I have stuck with ZoomInfo because their customer service, database strength, and ease of use is far superior to other products on the market.
ZoomInfo has helped us immensely in developing a consistent demand lever for our B2B product. It has connected us with new leads and opened doors for new opportunities for our team. As a very small team, we need tools that are easy to onboard and manage usually by one given individual. ZoomInfo has countless resources that I can utilize to maximize the user experience and a helpful account management team paired with that.
