Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
My organization uses ZoomInfo for prospecting. It is incredibly helpful and a CRITICAL tool in our toolkit that makes prospecting effortless. Between finding accurate email addresses & phone contacts and finding out what technology is used by certain companies, ZoomInfo has become an integral part of my workday and I use it constantly!

- Organizational charts.
- Fewer similar advanced search terms.
- A slightly simpler interface...there are so many boxes in so many places.
- Adding an employee title category rather than so many similar titles in the search.
