Within my organization, ZoomInfo InboxAI allows us to see the communication history with any associated account which is especially helpful when there is staff change or for growing organizations where new people get added and it helps the new person taking over the account to get up to speed quicker by being able to pick up on the previous conversations.

What I find most helpful is how granular you can make your searches from one person to the next or when digging into the profile of a company that fits a specific market we show resonates with our products and services. The learning curve can take up some time but only has to be done once and everything after that is saved and or automated.
