Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo SalesOS
We use ZI for a number of needs including market research and prospecting

- The new search experience has not been great so far. Many glitches and it truly makes it much more difficult to use.
It would be great to see a filter that allows us to know whether a company has a physical retail presence in cases where we are looking for retail companies/contacts (for example not just an online business). Currently I like the "has a warehouse" feature as well as the number of locations feature.
