Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Data Security

The dictionaries don't always work.

Pros

  • If the policy is set correctly, it identifies DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
  • Scanning zip files to find executables works really well.

Cons

  • In the dictionaries, it doesn't always capture the block. It lets data through.
  • Leveraging copilot by looking at the policies that might not being hit.
  • Getting DLP and other functions into one app has helped with ROI
  • However, negatively, not being able to have 100% of finding DLP dicit
For the most part, DLP works well.
Comparitively, I think that both of them work pretty well.
