Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Our company routes default traffic to Zscaler for ZIA protection. Users have the ZCC Client on their PC

Pros

  • Threat Protection
  • Cloud Browser Isolation
  • Sandboxing

Cons

  • Sanctioned vs unsanctioned apps - need to be a click versus opening the application record, selecting a rating, saving then going back to the main screen where you need to search again
  • Zscaler has a high price tag; threat protection makes it worth the money
Easy to deploy; some apps such as Google is difficult to keep a handle on because of the various features and certificate pinning
Zscaler already deployed; no useful upgrade
