Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We use a cloud proxy and cloud based DLP to supplement our legacy products. We use Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to gain SSL inspection as well as ATP to our security stack

Pros

  • policy administration
  • SSL administration

Cons

  • non-header insertion method of controlling tenants
  • more cloud app instance awareness
  • reduction of some of the physical boxes (legacy proxy devices) as we migrate to a cloud SWG
it has a separate cloud connector portal which does not have the same quailty
