  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access for an Easier SSL bypass
  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access if the Root cause issues were identified quicker
  • quick firewall rollout
  • no hardware refresh
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating for its, in my opinion, Simplicity
