Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Cloud base security by acting as a secure gateway. We have deployed Zscaler Internet Access through our environment of 30 users and also deploying to acquisitions which adds another 30K users all in one tenant.

Pros

  • Secure internet gateway
  • Provides great logs for investigation/troubleshooting
  • Efficient admin portal architecture for management
  • Web filtering
  • Advanced threat protection
  • Support is superb
  • One client for additional features like ZDX which simplifies deployments

Cons

  • More details on logs (Insights)
  • Removing legacy SSL VPNs and enabling ZPA
I have worked with this product and no other security company moving in the direction Zscaler is moving
It will take us into full Zero Trust with out deploying another client, is efficient.
