Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

Zscaler Internet Access addresses the need for filtering user internet traffic no matter where they are located. We also needed a comprehensive security solution, like file sandboxing, DLP, and firewall control.

  • Logs can be hard to navigate
  • Pre-built mechanisms for SSL Bypass, Sandbox bypass, and Firewall Control
  • UI ease of use
  • Consolidation of security tooling and firewalls
  • simplification of expertise needed by operational team
  • less reliance on physical infrastructure
Zscaler Internet Access is very usable for both users and administrators. I also like the ability of administrators to quickly get it working and filtering traffic.

Also, if a security teams is looking to consolidate solutions and minimize tooling creep, Zscaler Internet Access is great for that as they have a wide portfolio of products that can be added to your account as needed.
