Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, We use Zscaler Internet Access for end to end client access across the globe. Zscaler Internet Access was implemented during covid and was a drastic change in how operations managed security and data management, allowing us to rapidly view and manage our traffic.

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because of, in my experience, a lot of nickle and diming
  • Zscaler Internet Access's impact on our overall business objectives has allowed a global organization to realize a single policy and process
