Overall Satisfaction with Zscaler Internet Access

In our organization, we use Zscaler Internet Access for Security posture, limiting access.

Pros

  • Easy to configure.
  • Detailed logs.
  • Quick execution of changes, activating policies is way faster than PAN.

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because, in my opinion, Logs could load faster.
  • I think there is room for improvement in Zscaler Internet Access because Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) should look the same, in my opinion.
I gave Zscaler Internet Access this usability rating because, in my experience, Zscaler Internet Access Works seamlessly.
