We began using SimpleTexting during the beginning of the pandemic so that our clients could text in that they had arrived versus having to sit in a lobby with other clients. This way we could bring them straight into their room and bypass being in a confined space with others. <br><br>It allowed our clients to quickly and easily message us for arrival and any questions or updates. It was an added form of communication that our clients used daily.

We used SimpleTexting primarily for scheduling reminders and customer communication. We did also use it for some communication with technicians. We as a company install internet and need people to be home for it so customer interactions are crucial to our business. We would send 20000 texts a month out to customers so it was important to have a very functional application to carry out the job.

It's a perk monthly donors receive when they sign up, and through texting, they have access to exclusive content that is just for them, or they receive it before others. We also solicit feedback and enjoy hearing from supporters through SimpleTexting as well. For us, it's a way to highlight the relational aspect of joining our organization as a supporter and the nature that the organization and its donors are in the work together.

We use this to communicate with attendees during a conference for announcements and schedule changes. It also serves as a reminder to students on our campuses about different events or details regarding an event they are already coming to. As Gen Z could agree that email seems obsolete to them, their phone usage is still incredibly high so we know this meets them where they're at to get pertinent information to them.

We are currently using SimpleTexting as a means to communicate updates and reminders to a portion of our church congregation members (the English-speaking department within a Korean immigrant church). Across our small business, we utilize SimpleTexting to let over 700+ fitness boutique studio owners know of retail lookbook releases put together by our team of professionals. Not only do we give a brief introduction that the lookbook is live -- we also include a link within the text for clients to directly follow to preview the lookbook. We do this in conjunction with sending out a mass email through MailChimp but find it to be of quicker access if someone sees a link via text.

We are an app developer who uses SimpleTexting to drive app downloads. It is used within the account management and marketing departments to help provide a simple way for potential app users to text a shortcode to get a link to an app download. Before SimpleTexting, we had to describe to potential users how to find the app in the App/Play Stores and just hope they were able to follow instructions, which wasn't an ideal situation. We could also provide download links on social media or in emails, but poor email read rates, and hard-to-predict social media engagement rates often meant that links were never seen. People are comfortable with SMS and find it a much easier method to use, as evidenced by our higher conversion rates.

We utilize SimpleTexting as a mass and niche marketing tool. In order to obtain information regarding visitors to our church, we set up a short-code which allows for immediate contact with those individuals. Additionally, we have created subscriber lists and offer updates to various ministries within our church. We've found it's a much more effective method of communication for many of our members and guests; especially with younger generations.
