Must be easy to use and simple for everyone to log all expenses. Ideally well automated so it makes the signing-off process easy so it saves time and confusion. Needed to be all in one place and easy to access. Great to have mobile access too via the app.

I am an employee so I use this on a weekly basis to track my claims. It is very efficient and you can see all historic claims you have made in the past. This saves on paper trails with the accounts team as everything is now digital. I would highly recommend using web expenses.

An easy-to-use platform that's straight to the point and allows users to see claims all in one place. Lots of customization options are available in order to put itemized expenses into the correct category. Excellent features for claiming back travel costs, customizable based on different circumstances and policies which are offered by your company. Adding approvers is quick and easy.

The most important and crucial elements that webexpenses needs to provides, and successfully provides without fail, are the convenience of being able to adequately get reimbursed for purchases that usually come from the company's budget, without needing to issue company cards or accounts to every employee. There is also convenience in the process itself, with a single interface that allows for the processes to happen in one place, avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy in the company.

Managing the authorisation of expenses and creating an output which can be uploaded to Sage. Automation and handling of large data is the main requirement for us using such a software. It is relatively inexpensive and does not charge for extras like other companies which is good. Sage has a feature where users can suggest ideas which would be good.

We wanted a product that could allow for simple system configuration and ease of use for staff and their managers. Webexpenses has proven to be an excellent choice.
