Additional DetailsBASIC PLAN INCLUDES TIME SHEET INCLUDES IPHONE & ANDROID APP Log your time on any job you have access to and get a reminder if you forget to submit hours. You can log your time on any job; billable, non-billable, customer jobs, and internal jobs. WorkBook also keeps track of absence entries and holiday requests. CUSTOMERS & PROJECTS Add as many customers, contacts, and projects/jobs as you like. Jobs are connected to clients and each job can be set to be billable, non-billable, internal, or a client job. COLLABORATION Collaborate with your colleagues and clients and keep track of comments, news, events, and notifications. Receive notifications whenever you need to approve anything, or a warning if something is about to go wrong. FILE SHARING Save all of your files in WorkBook and benefit from having them being kept secure in one, central location. WorkBook will connect directly to your local file server or online storage, which means that you can save your files locally and have them be shown in WorkBook. I would say if you have a staff that's already experienced in the 24SevenOffice program that would be best. People who are brand new to it will have too much time ramping up and training. Also, you'd better have a rock-solid network infrastructure if you want success with this program. A business with less tech-savvy workers just wouldn't work.

My recommendation very much depends on who the colleague is. I would recommend WorkBook if it is an accountant, project manager or someone similar, and if the setup is done within WorkBook and passwords, etc. are being used within WorkBook only. I would tell IT Managers to avoid the application and think twice in terms of access management etc.

  • Unfortunately, usability is a major issue at times. I hear complaints about dropped network traffic, and it's not our infrastructure.
  • The interface is confusing. We have to train new employees with a lot of detailed instructions which shouldn't be necessary.
  • We have had to pay for any support on the above issues.

24SevenOffice has its own pros and cons just like any other software. It is a great software for an organization to do project management or financial management. It stacks up very competitively against others and is probably in the top 3. the UI that is offered by this software surpasses all the others that I have used and/or mentioned above. It is a breeze to understand most parts of the software by yourself. I think in terms of support there could be some improvement that can be possible and will result in much better feedback from its clients. Overall I give it a great rating in terms of usability and capability to handle the majority of business management, project management, and financial management features.

  • We were using a fairly similar program from an ROI perspective previously so I can't say it's had a big effect.
  • That said the network issues represent lost hours/money.
  • The added training is also expensive.
