Accenture is well suited for undertaking projects that are a bit more complex and complicated. Because of their lineup, they are better suited to tackle those projects. Accenture may not be well suited for support on the basis of cost.

Deloitte is proficient in all aspects of customer relationship management. Outside of improving client relationships, they helped us strengthen our compliance and risk management and created internal operational efficiencies. The consultants did a very good job of working together with our team and were very transparent and professional in answering all questions raised during the implementation process. We were all on the same page in the end there were no dissatisfied managers.

Uitop provided several benefits to our team when we worked with them. We appreciated the direct communication we had with their designer, which helped us ensure that our project requirements were well-understood and accurately implemented. Uitop also demonstrated a flexible approach, accommodating changes and updates throughout the design process to ensure the final product met our needs. Finally, their relevant experience with SaaS startups provided us with valuable insights and best practices, resulting in an effective and successful design for our project.

• There is some room of improvement in the budget estimation which sometimes is vague. Having said that, they are very competitive in the market.

• The price is a bit steep, but considering how functional it is, it's fair to pay in order to work with a good CRM system.
• Some methods of scheduling meetings and overall consistent check-ins could have been more organized and flexible to meet the needs of our organization.
• Reports could be a bit better structured and more straight to the point.

What differentiates them are their strong end-to-end capabilities. They have all sorts of resources, from Strategy/Management Consulting to deep Technical IT, going also through the new Digital Era. They are very complete and mature in the market, with the ability to deliver all types of projects with quality and according to the agreed budget and timeline.
