ACES (Automated Compliance and Evaluation System) Web Audit Technology vs. Easylending vs. TValue

The technology is very well suited for QC audits. It is also flexible enough to create audits for other purposes within the mortgage industry.

For any company that has lots of loans to manage on a monthly basis. Especially if you want to calculate monthly interest accrual ahead of time, it takes few mins to set up a company and generate an amortization schedule. And you can copy and update for other companies. Easy to make changes to the schedule too

• Reporting is through Business Objects, which requires someone proficient in that technology. If ACES could provide more assistance in this area it would wonderful.
• A more detailed user guide. Not all processes are explained well.
• Provide the ability to view updates in a PDF format so that we can review them at one time instead of one item at a time.

• The layout is really outdated compared to other accounting software.

We have not tried any other interest calculation software since we started using TValue. There just doesn't seem to be the need to switch and there aren't many options out there
