Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud vs. Amazon FSx

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.

- For any enterprise-grade storage, this is the best option. - EDA workloads are very strong with Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP and NetApp's FlexCache technologies. - Random read workloads such as OLTP are awesome on Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP. - File Services are the best in class on FSxN. - DR sites from ONTAP on-premises are amazing.

• The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
• Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

The platform is quite intuitive and centralizes many functions into a single console, which facilitates the daily management of all clients. However, some sections—such as the RMM, security audit reports, or the Awareness service—could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience. Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.

I have not worked with other reliable and powerful platform that is as reliable as this product. This platform has given us room to concentrate on more productive activities leaving our data under a safe system. It automates file transfer and saves time in uploading documents across all team members. It interlinks all our applications systems to enhance teamwork and increase production.
