Overall Satisfaction with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud solves almost all of our security and backup needs in a true single pane of glass. We need to efficiently service and manage our client's security and infrastructure. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud allows this in a much simpler manner that we were doing previously.

I cannot recommend Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and their support team enough.

Pros

  • Simplification of Backup and Disaster Recovery
  • True single pane of glass for all services.
  • Extended security options throughout the business infrastructure.

Cons

  • I would like to see them add Email Encryption to their portfolio
  • A couple of their products are partnerships and I would like to see them brought under Acronis ownership
  • I would like to see more support for ARM CPU
  • We have been able to lower actual license cost
  • We have been able to see a return on technicians time in efficiency
  • We have been able to improve services to clients
The product is easy to you, but even so there is extensive, up to date documentation. Support is quick with getting us any information we cannot find or figure out on our own.
Sophos has an excellent product. Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, though provides the true integration with other security products and 3rd part systems that we need. In addition, the ability to secure the backups and scan for issues is a great benefit.

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.
