Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud vs. Informatica Data Archive (legacy)

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.

To manage users, go to the admin dashboard, here is a section for users. In this users section here you can see which users are configured and you have the ability to suspend a user. If you want to edit or add users, you need to go to the Organization section, then click on another user section there, which then gives you the ability to edit or add users.

• The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.
• Their support team isn't great. It can take a while to get an issue resolved, although issues do not happen frequently.

They recently raised the pricing for backup usage and our price has nearly doubled. It is still lower than some other vendors, but we might review other options before renewing next year.

An excellent solution. As for its competitiveness against other brands, I believe it is very reasonably priced and accessible. It allows you to back up not only endpoints but also servers—including Linux in some cases—to the cloud, while also being efficient in terms of resource consumption. excelente solucion y en cuanto a la competencia con otras marcas creo que es de muy buen precio, accesible y te permite no solo mantener respaldo de edpoint si no de server incluyendo linux en algunos casos hacia la nube asi como el tema de consumo

Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.

[The] customer support is quite good. Cost also has another point to add, along with process integration and ease of using new tool.

• Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
• It is time consuming to implement Acronis into our system and train our employees. With this there is also cost involved, but we believe in the long-term investements we make here.

• manages the entire life cycle of the Certificates by itself, so it will reduce your work by a really big amount
• it can also be easily integrated with ELB and front-end cloud services.
