Acumbamail vs. Sitecore Send

Acumbamail is a newer email marketing tool that has plenty of room to grow, but they are off to a fantastic start. Setting up my first email list was super easy and intuitive. Creating broadcasts is straightforward, as are landing pages. And the automation flows that are built in are incredible. The biggest downside is some of the documentation being in Spanish. It's easy enough to translate but still slows you down. That said, I'm really looking forward to growing with Acumbamail!

UI presented by this application is not only unique but also important to implement for further creation. Hence a proven and tested application for tracing the developments at all places to check the capability of the developmental process. It’s a powerful email marketing tool and helps to maintain the client’s relationship with full support.

• The online support is excellent, but the written support is sometimes in Spanish.
• Setting up your account for better email deliverability takes some time.
• It's a newer program, so there is definitely some room for improvement in the user interface.

Pretty straight forward but it takes sometime to get used to. Not exactly like WordPress or other open source cms but it gets the job done

Acumbamail is still in its infancy, so it's not fair to compare it to ConvertKit, which has been around for a while, but Acumbamail is very similar in its setup. In some ways, its automation look to be a lot more straightforward. I'm really hoping they'll be able to grow Acumbamail into a killer product!

Moosend is known as more of an industry standard than BuzzStream (which is a more budget tool), and it shows. BuzzStream has clearly cut corners in areas of usability and general UI, where Moosend, on the other hand, seems to have done it right from the beginning. Moosend is so much less clunky than the other tools we evaluated.

• Still too early to tell, but down the road, the impact of having a good mailing list will be enormous!

• Moosend is quite affordable (500,000 emails for $500), so it's easy to see an ROI. It only takes a few recipients converting to make a campaign worth the spend.
