ADP Enterprise HR vs. Skyward HRMS

ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

For a medium sized company I believe Skyward is an acceptable and not too complicated system. I do not work with the back end so I am not aware of the reporting capabilities which would be a deciding factor for some companies. For K12 Education it seems to check all the boxes

• Skyward is accessible in the cloud so 24/7 access
• Menus and screens are fairly easy for non-technical users to navigate

• The Captcha screen can be needlessly complex or hard to guess due to letters overlapping
• Then time off screen defaults to 0 hours when creating a new entry and the zero does not get replaced... turning 8 hours into 80 hours unintentionally

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

Not part of the selection process, but the new Skyward system is fr easier, user friendly and full featured than previous systems I have used

• It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
• Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
• Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.
