Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, …
Chose Affinity CRM
Affinity is the bridge that links our communication through our software workflow.
Chose Affinity CRM
Nudge.ai is in a fairly unique space. It isn't quite a CRM, it isn't quite a social or news channel. But, it has aspects of all. Nudge.ai was chosen because it allowed us to use one tool for multiple purposes. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is probably the closest to Nudge.ai but is …

Chose Outlook4Gmail
Monday.com is a fantastic tool for working with a team. I find that Outlook4Gmail has the similar effect, in that it helps organize the very core of what I do. It is like having a working car; without one, it is very difficult to get things done. Having a tool that makes all …
Chose Outlook4Gmail
I like Outlook way better than slack. In slack I can never find where conversations start and end. A lot harder to search for old conversations. I dont like the fact that multiple people can see what conversations are going on. Difficult to navigate and not user friendly. …
Chose Outlook4Gmail
I believe Outlook4Gmail stacks up against AppNeta having a better graphic and simplicity. I have selected Outlook4Gmail because is more known and probably easier to find answers to questions when they may come.

I folder all emails of certain subject. Outlook makes this an easy process. It allows for dragging messages to the proper place. Searching becomes very easy and locating what we need happens quickly. I would love to have more scheduled emailing capabilities. If the program has this feature, I am having trouble finding it.

Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.
