Ahsay has sufficiently delivered in terms of secure storage for files and data. Ahsay version 9.1.4.0 is scheduled to be released soon (just received the notification earlier) and they claim it will have higher storage usage so the future with Ahsay is promising. Management console navigation opens additional tabs, but I believe they are working to improve that. It would be nice to be able to delete emails and files from user accounts from within Spanning instead of having to login to Google as the user. Everything has met our standards and needs and we are now freed up from the manual efforts it was taking for backing up Salesforce using the out-of-the-box features of Salesforce.
