What is Ahsay Cloud Backup Suite?
Ahsay Backup Software is specifically designed for Managed Service Providers, System Integrators and IT Consulting Companies. It aims to empower users to offer secure managed, cloud hosted, and on-premises backup service to business end customers and earn recurring income.
The whole solution is with server-client architecture. The server-side centralized management console (AhsayCBS) can be installed either on one's own backup server hosted in a datacenter, or on a cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure. For users who don't want to host the CBS, Ahsay can provide shared hosting.
On the client-side, there are two backup agents, AhsayOBM and AhsayACB for installing on customers' machines. OBM is for backing up servers, databases, and VMs, and Office 365 as admin; ACB is for backing up files on desktops and laptops, as well as Office 365 as individual user. For Synology and QNAP NAS devices, Ahsay has dedicated agents for directly installation on the NAS devices to backup files with the NAS. For other brand of NAS devices, users can map the NAS as network share and back them up with AhsayOBM / AhsayACB client agent running on another machine.

Great solution for files and data backups.
It is company policy to run backups in real time whenever we handle mission-critical data and workloads. Ahsay has been the solution to handle our backups, guaranteeing us protection from accidental deletion and many forms of data loss disasters. I have automated data backup so that before I feed the information to the AI bots, there is a way to retrieve and restore it in case of accidental deletion at any stage.
- It supports both local storage and public cloud FTP servers
- By supporting offsite storage, data protection is improved
- Troubleshooting never goes wrong as most of the time we perfectly pinpoint the issues.
- Whenever newer versions are being released, very insignificant features are added, we adapted to lowering our expectations.

Ahsay a master of backups
Ahsay is our preferred way to run backups to Amazon S3 without crowding the network traffic. We use it to backup various files, mostly from customer support and HR. We also took it up to regularly backup data with AhsayOBM to offsite destinations so that we are proofed from ransomware attacks with a solid backup strategy .
