Likelihood to Recommend It is great for those travelers looking for longer-term accommodations, such as greater than a week or a few weeks. For those staying for only a day or two, it can still be useful, but a hotel may be more appropriate for these kinds of stays. Moreover, many of our travelers like the ability to have a full apartment due to the nature of their stay or the length, and thus using this allows us this added flexibility in finding accommodations with this.
Read full review Routespring is definitely well suited for companies looking to keep track of all of their employee travel in one place, set a cap on spending for flights, provide reports when needed on travel costs and eliminate the need for employees to collect multiple receipts to turn in for travel reimbursement at the end of a trip. It is a simple platform to use once you get the hang of it, which really doesn't take that long if you are even mildly tech-savvy. As a non-profit with guests who were booking travel to our annual conference from all over the world, we did run into a few things that didn't quite fit (ex: couples booking together have to choose their spouse under the "employees" tab, and we had to make certain we had every single email address domain name our guests were using entered on the backend, so they were able to book with that email address). But these were small details and not deal breakers for us using the platform.

It is a pretty basic design - I think they'd raise confidence in their tech skills even further if the site were a little flashier. The site is geared toward companies whose employees all have the same email address domain. However, they are able to accommodate different email addresses if you provide them so they can add the domains to your account. Read full review Usability The user interface is very user friendly. It makes it easy to filter through the different options it has to offer based on price, location, and the scenery you as the customer would most prefer. Read full review Support Rating After trying for weeks to (unsuccessfully) set up an account with another online booking agency, we contacted Routespring to see if they could help us based on the great reviews we saw. It took them about three days total to have everything in place and ready for our guests to start booking their flights while ticket prices were still reasonable. They have been attentive to all of our needs, respond quickly and professionally to guest questions, and are a lot of fun to work with as well. We couldn't have asked for a better partner for this project!
Read full review Alternatives Considered Airbnb for Work is very useful for any city. Our practicality of staying where we want is excellent, it really helps us a lot and I'm sure it has already "saved" several people who made last minute reservations, just like me hahaha. We have other platforms that can also help us, but we have a certain preference for Airbnb.
