Overall Satisfaction with Routespring

We have a huge team of field sales and merchandising teams who have to visit various retail stores across the country. Due to the nature of business, our travel cost directly impacts our cost of goods sold. For that reason we need better visibility and controls in our travel spend. Routespring does an excellent job in doing just that. With Routespring, we can control travel cost with appropriate budget controls, and approval process. Plus, the centralized payments for all of our company travel makes it very convenient for our field teams to travel worry-free.

  • We've improved travel policy compliance with approval process. We achieve average 97% compliance.
  • We have utilized 83% of the airlines credits with Routespring's automated credit use feature.
  • Overall we have saved 55% by switching to Routespring from TripActions
At the time, TripActions did not have sufficient price controls or out of policy approval process for us to continue using them. Routespring makes it very easy to have visibility and control on our travel spend.

Routespring has worked great for us for following reasons:
  1. We prefer not to have our employees pay for travel to avoid the reimbursement process as much as possible. Routespring's ability to configure centralized payments and extensive prepaid inventory helps us achieve that.
  2. We need closely control our travel spend as it directly impacts our cost of goods. The ease of configuring budget controls at multiple levels help us manage the costs almost effortlessly.
  3. Above all, Routespring has an excellent team of support people. Our team is super happy with their professional approach and responsiveness. We have never had any issue.
  4. On the admin side as well, I have always had a great experience in getting things done with the help of their account management team. We have been able to make changes and process updates on very short-timelines. They have competitive rates and they always maintain consistent communication on how to bring costs down.
