The interface takes a bit getting used to in order to know how to take advantage of everything. Some of the analytics that are available are particularly hard to find, so it's important to pay attention when customer support reviews everything, but everything I'd want and need in terms of Push and In-App messaging is all there.
I have not had to interact much with customer support as I have been able to find the vast majority of the answers I'm looking for within their documentation, which I very much appreciate because it saves me a lot of time. Customer support has been responsive and helpful for the most part during the couple of interactions I've had.
We've tested a bunch of different CRM tools over the years and Airship has been a winner for its functionality, features, cost, and ability to integrate with other softwares that we use. It has been great for SMS and mobile in particular. It could certainly be a one stop shop for CRM.
I had more than 100k subscribers on my blog with another company but their paid plans were too expensive for a blog like mine. It has a very large audience base and most of the audience is from India. So I searched for various alternatives (at that time i think Truepush was not launched) and find some good one which had comparatively cheaper plan with good service but within a year my subscriber base grown to 5 times of what it was with a previous company. That plan too become very expensive as the earning was not same every month due to changes in google algorithms and various other reasons. However it was very important to help students so I started searching for other alternatives. After trying many push providers, I was not happy with any of them. Then I ended my search when I found Truepush. After testing, checking their easy to use dashboard, analytics, push delivery and other functions, it took me just 10 minutes to decide that I was moving my Job Alert blog to Truepush. However there were definitely some doubts and some fears too as I had approximately 500k subscribers at that time. After chatting with Ravi (Co Founder Truepush) I felt confident and moved my blog. Now after two months of use, I can definitely say that I made the right decision as I never had any issue. The team at Truepush is always available to help me if I have any doubt.
