Overall Satisfaction with Airship

Airship is one of the CRM tools we use for personalized SMS messages. It can be used with other messaging channels as well like push notifcations, emails etc.. We like how it functions with SMS and the analytical metrics it provides. It also is quite easy to organize multiple message campaigns.

  • The UX is not as polished as bigger competitors
  • Integrating took some work, but once done has worked smoothly
  • It has helped organize multi-layered campaigns
  • It has enabled team efficiency for our marketing department
  • It has reduced the need for a dedicated analyst here
We've tested a bunch of different CRM tools over the years and Airship has been a winner for its functionality, features, cost, and ability to integrate with other softwares that we use. It has been great for SMS and mobile in particular. It could certainly be a one stop shop for CRM.

If you need a messaging CRM that has analytics features, and are looking to spend a little less money than some of the big names, then this can be a great tool. It is a little less polished, but it gets the job done well and plays nice with other software once integrated.
