Overall Satisfaction with Airship
I am working as a marketing automations specialist at my current organization. I use Airship as a CRM to send communications to the entire user base of our brand. This includes emails, push notifications, and in-app notifications. I also execute and manage different sequences and journeys according the customer lifecyle. Apart from that, I also work on the in-built performance analysis dashboards to collect and analyse KPIs of different campaigns we're running. So, overall, I have been working on almost all the crucial features Airship is offering and making them to my best use.
