Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud vs. Xoxoday

If you are looking for a platform to host and run your loyalty program through, Antavo is the best out there. The mechanics and customer journey options available with front end support is unmatched. The options for digital wallet for wallet messaging has allowed for a new channel for customer relationships

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• The onboarding process could have been a bit better with some delays and some integrations taking longer than expected
• Not enough engagement after the initial launch of the loyalty program for a few months (it got better in the end).

• Availability of Single Sign On.
• Easy profile viewing. Whenever a colleague was mentioned in the town hall, I have to hover over their names and wait for the "view profile" button to appear, instead of just clicking on their tagged names.
• Improve searching for colleagues' profiles. Whenever I checked on my colleagues via the search button, it will be their mentioned post, and not their profile is shown.

Some areas, such as workflow configuration, can be difficult to load. We would love to see more B2B-specific enhancements

Customer support is not well organised and you can make many efforts to get the resolution. For email or phone support you have to have the patience to deal with the support team, also if you submit a query the responding time is usually high.
