Overall Satisfaction with Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud

Antavo is not helping me solve a specific problem in my organization, but it is helping us achieve our set goals. In particular, it allows us to keep users engaged through various customer engagement activities (challenges, surveys, games) and reward them with different types of rewards, both commercial and experiential.

Pros

  • Antavo is a platform easy to use, accessible even for those with limited technical expertise or little experience.
  • Antavo offers seamless integration with other systems.
  • Antavo has the possibility to create and manage different types of rewards and challenges to engage users.
  • Antavo has the possibility to work across two separate environments - test and production - providing a safe space for experimentation and development without impacting the live system.

Cons

  • Antavo has some limitations in terms of customization in certain areas.
  • The data extraction process - both from dashboards and the dedicated module - is not always efficient and straightforward to apply.
  • The quality of service from the service desk could be improved, particularly in terms of response times and the level of support provided.
  • Loyalty members’ AOV in 2023 was more than twice than AOV of not loyalty members
  • Antavo has positively impacted our overall business objectives by enhancing customer retention over years.
  • Antavo made possible increasing engagement through loyalty challenges and rewards.

One specific scenario where Antavo proved to be well-suited was the activation of a challenge where customers earned bonus loyalty points if they used a specific gift card for a purchase on the website. This feature was implemented smoothly and effectively boosted customer engagement. On the other hand, a scenario where Antavo fell short was during an export of the entire customer database (2.5 million users), aggregated by levels (4 levels) with details of points that had expired over the course of the year. The extraction process for these data, even after months, was never completed.
