Overall Satisfaction with Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud

We use Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud to underpin our best in class loyalty program that is based on instant rewards and it enables us to make updates without code development. We switched from a traditional points based approach to an innovative gamification loyalty experience to increase engagement with existing customers and grow our customer base .

Pros

  • The technology that makes sense our innovative loyalty program.
  • -The company's constant evolution improving their features and releasing new ones.
  • -Great customer support.

Cons

  • The onboarding process could have been a bit better with some delays and some integrations taking longer than expected
  • Not enough engagement after the initial launch of the loyalty program for a few months (it got better in the end).
  • Increased engagement with existing loyalty users
  • Brought new users
  • Increased ROI
