Overall Satisfaction with Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud

We needed a loyalty platform to use as our foundation for our proposed loyalty program. Antavo allowed us to build and grow a loyalty programme with several elements of customer incentives. We have grown our loyalty base from 0 to 100+ in the space of 2 years with the mechanics available to us through Antavo. It is easy to pick up and has out of the box solutions available to us from the beginning. The integration has been easy and constant customer support has been glorious.

First loyalty platform for me personally and has been easy and great to pick up. The training academy is excellent and the customer service has been great.
The integration between Antavo and Bloomreach is out of the box.

If you are looking for a platform to host and run your loyalty program through, Antavo is the best out there. The mechanics and customer journey options available with front end support is unmatched. The options for digital wallet for wallet messaging has allowed for a new channel for customer relationships
