Archibus is well suited for organizations requiring heavy reporting functions, and that have complex processes for managing moves and space chargebacks. It is less well suited for organizations that require input from multiple users (such as doing an employee seating survey).

Flowmon ADS is a customizable anomaly detection solution with excellent scalability capabilities and quick integration into the organization environment. Flowmon ADS provides a large set of essential detections out of the box, which allows to quickly acquire an awareness of potential problems in the monitored network. Custom configuration, filters, and false-positive flagging make the system highly customizable for diverse environments. Powerful dashboards make summaries and reporting a breeze. We use the Flowmon Anomaly Detection System daily for event detection and incident handling. It provides high-quality detection methods with low false-positive rates.

Qualys VMDR is best suited for larger companies with a very large IT asset footprint. Qualys VMDR is not suited for businesses that are small and upcoming as the price for the tool is very expensive and could be a budget sink if not used properly. In our organization we use the Qualys VMDR dashboard and reporting in order to collect any vulnerabilities we miss during our routine audits to ensure that our environment is stable and protected for attacks.

User perspective it is simple through a web portal that shows all spaces and buildings. But as an administrator it was quite a bit of work to set up. And by extension updating is also a lot of work

This is iron but I am giving it 5 star and I can give more If I can do because they are best in support. So once you own this product they will assign a dedicated support for you and when you are under the weather with anything just connect them with anything call, ping or ticket they will come like Genie.

Not really - the integrations via connectors is not heavy lifting. Any complexity has to do with a service that requires more steps (i.e. AWS/GCP)

Archibus compares well with other IWMS software when it comes to integrating with BIM models and reporting capabilities. I selected Archibus as it has all the tools and processes needed to manage space and moves, with the intention to expand to other modules like Lease Administration and Asset Management. The constant upgrades to Archibus also helps to keep the software up-to-date with other third party products such as Revit.

It is a very similar tool but Qualys VMDR is much better when it comes to reporting and solutions provided. Asset management is really good in Qualys VMDR. Qualys VMDR support is really quick , you can get a TPM if you run into any issues. Qualys VMDR has wide variety of scanning options which lacks in tenable.

Outside some pretty arcane apps or OS this is painless. The problem - and self-inflicted - is that older stuff is not supported.
