Archie vs. Envoy Desks

Archie is great if you need to manage your entire office eg: how your team reserves a desk, how they book meeting rooms and so on. They don't sell any hardware so you'll have to get your own tablets if you need those for meeting rooms. I would say the experience is even better when embedded into teams/outlook.

• The program is quite automatic, although it took me some time to adjust to the many processes that our organization has in place.

Because they deliver way more than we expected

I give Archie a 10, since I really love using it. It does exactly what it promises with no hiccups. It's a well-designed product, created with a user in mind. It's also well integrated into other products, like Slack and Google Calendar. Aside from some minor improvements, it's a great solution.

The price is better, and the web interface is easier to navigate
