Articulate 360 vs. Maestro

I have limited experience with Articulate 360, as my agency is “smaller” and we are only utilizing it for localized employee training. I do not have experience with its larger scope of abilities, but from my attendance at Articuland, it appears very robust. I think anyone in need of training should utilize it

Maestro is well suited for demand planning scenarios if you need to adjust your plan based on historical data. With the Demand Override option, the plan can be easily derived to the least granular level of the hierarchy. There are ML features to handle the outliers in our plan. This is less appropriate if you want to migrate more custom and complex logic from SAP APO.

• Unrivaled Power and Customization. After 15 years in the training industry, Storyline 360 remains my favorite tool because it is, simply put, the most powerful authoring tool I have ever used, giving me complete creative control.
• Advanced Interactivity. I love being able to 'overengineer' content using Triggers, Variables, States, and Layers, which allows me to build the most sophisticated and deep functionality.
• Superior to Basic Tools. Storyline's capability to build detailed branching scenarios and realistic simulations sets it leaps and bounds apart from basic tools like PowerPoint, which is essential for high-impact training.

• Customer Support - I appreciate that I always get a quick response, if not immediate with easy to follow solutions to my concerns/issues. Their customer support team is always positive, friendly and helpful!
• Easy to Learn and Understand - I am not great with technology but I find Maestro easy to learn, use and navigate. It is very user friendly.
• Ability to Easily Update Charges - I appreciate the ease of access to Member and guest billing and folios and how easy it is for me to post, remove or reverse charges as need be.
• One Interface - I appreciate being able to track member information and reservations in one area! What a great tool.

• I would like to see features like video creating software within the tool.
• Triggers could be made easier for new users. This may be solved with AI (i.e., tell AI what you want, and AI will create the trigger for you).

• No ability to view contact information from a home screen (must click into profile to see phone number)

• Would be nice to see "flags" or ways to mark students for calling
• Wish that the 'attempted call' option turned a student yellow instead of keeping them red

This has been a huge time saver with all the new features. It has become a trusted platform for ease of use and reliability. Cost per license continues to stay at a good point for renewal. Using it to think outside of our current needs and innovate in a timely manner.

With all the features of the platforms there is so much to learn that it takes quite some time to learn it all. And then to remember how to use it when creating can be difficult. A lot of times I find myself reviewing how to do something multiple times.

AI guidance can be used to identify the outliers with minimal time. The system will provide the high-priority exceptions with clear context and suggested actions. If we modify the forecast, it will immediately recalculate the capacity, component availability, and margin impacts. Demand Preview and Supply Network planning can provide KPIs like Total Demand and Total Supply forecast. These KPIs can be used to check the performance of the production plants.

I rate the overall support for Articulate 360 ​​with a 9. On the one hand because of the smooth and accurate support from Articulate's support team (usually within 24 hours) and on the other because of the commitment / use of a community (e-learning Heroes) where I have all kinds of insights from other helpful users.

I love Maestro support! They are always available or get back to you quickly. The employees that work at Maestro must get treated well because they are always positive and patient on the phone with me. And, even though I am not great with technology they always help me find a solution.

The online training options given by the online tutorials, forums, and "E-Learning Heroes" community are simply awesome. Examples galore, easy to understand descriptions including step-by-step guides, images, occasionally videos, and the "Articulate Insiders" sub-community give you more materials to learn about Storyline than you are likely to be able to read.

Outside of having to dedicate a powerful enough PC for the installation and having to update Flash in our browsers there really isn't much pain involved in using Articulate. For the most part this is an easy to implement and roll-out product. The installation occurs quickly and smoothly with no additional steps needed.

Articulate 360 is the industry leader for e-learning authoring. While we use the Adobe Creative Suite for artistic support, we find that when it comes to authoring tools, Articulate products are superior in both design and accessibility. Articulate 360 has strong support behind it and has deep educational resources for new and intermediate users.

I have experience with SAP IBP in my previous organization. Compared to IBP, Maestro uses the concurrent planning engine. The Performance of Maestro is better. SAP IBP is mainly built for the SAP Environment. Maestro can be used with different ERP systems as well. We were having some non-APO market planning. Maestro can be used to address this scenario as well.

• Has been at the training process so we can release new content swiftly and introduced. Introduced it to new member.
• Storyline has helped build prototypes and wire frames. Provide feedback and allowed many different situations to be viewed for brains. Brainstorming.

• At one point our step pricing was not working properly so we did lose some room revenue. Maestro helped us get this resolved.
• Maestro saves time, which saves money, by having all of our member billing, reservations and more in one location.
