Articulate 360 vs. Quantum Workplace

It is pretty well suited for information sharing. Where it lacks is training that requires discussions or a lot of complex thinking or decision-making. For content like that, we will usually host live sessions so we can facilitate discussions and actually hear from the learners on how they are using the material that they may have learned in a Rise course

Our veterinary hospital is open 24/7. The Quantum Workplace platform is well suited to our staffing situation. It allows for a flow of information in a timely manner to everyone. It allows for people that work opposite shifts to work on the same project without missing a beat. We have searched long and hard for systems/programs to enhance our business rather than create more work and Quantum Workflow has done just that.

• Each time I think of an idea for making the course more visually appealing or creative, Articulate 360 has already prepared the functionality.
• The translation/localization feature is intuitive, fits our work flow, and works great.
• The UI for Storyline and Rise are clear and intuitive.

• I would like to see features like video creating software within the tool.
• Triggers could be made easier for new users. This may be solved with AI (i.e., tell AI what you want, and AI will create the trigger for you).

• I would like to have Quantum Workplace develop a full-board ATS system as well as HRIS system. I love the platform Quantum Workplace uses and if all of my systems were as user friendly as this one then my job would be far easier and would free up time for me to be more pro-active rather than consistently having to be reactive.
• Having a little more guidance on how to use the Goals portion in regards to how to actually set up the goals in the program in a way that makes tracking make sense would be helpful. For example, I would love to have a few examples of different types of goals and styles of tracking to help me know how to get the most out of the program.

This has been a huge time saver with all the new features. It has become a trusted platform for ease of use and reliability. Cost per license continues to stay at a good point for renewal. Using it to think outside of our current needs and innovate in a timely manner.

I love the tool and while I do use others, this is my go to for Rise and Storyline. While Rise is very easy to use, Storyline is a learned platform. I do not have anyone on my team, yet, and will need to catch new ID up to speed which is why I rated 9

I rate the overall support for Articulate 360 ​​with a 9. On the one hand because of the smooth and accurate support from Articulate's support team (usually within 24 hours) and on the other because of the commitment / use of a community (e-learning Heroes) where I have all kinds of insights from other helpful users.

The instructors don't know how to use it.

The online training options given by the online tutorials, forums, and "E-Learning Heroes" community are simply awesome. Examples galore, easy to understand descriptions including step-by-step guides, images, occasionally videos, and the "Articulate Insiders" sub-community give you more materials to learn about Storyline than you are likely to be able to read.

Outside of having to dedicate a powerful enough PC for the installation and having to update Flash in our browsers there really isn't much pain involved in using Articulate. For the most part this is an easy to implement and roll-out product. The installation occurs quickly and smoothly with no additional steps needed.

Make the time to be thoughtful in your development but don't be afraid to ask your Quantum Workplace team for help. They do this every day and have wonderful insight into how to make the systems work based on your company's needs

Articulate 360 is the industry leader for e-learning authoring. While we use the Adobe Creative Suite for artistic support, we find that when it comes to authoring tools, Articulate products are superior in both design and accessibility. Articulate 360 has strong support behind it and has deep educational resources for new and intermediate users.

We carefully evaluated at least 6 different platforms. Quantum was the clear winner. It is user friendly, flexible to our needs and appealing to look at. Combine that with sales & development team being easy to work with made the decision simple.

Easy to use. Cheap. It has a lot of features.

• The immersive 360 image activities allowed us to train our field engineers on dangerous topics and environments like electrical safety and on-site safety without even putting a hard hat on.
• The new AI outline features have decreased our time-to-product by at least 30%
• The use of a single suite of tools, (along with the creative cloud) led to decreased annual costs over alternative piecemeal solutions.
