Great functionalities with a full approach to different programming languages along with features to making changes to the code to make it successful and amazing. Have been using it for a long time and satisfied with their services a lot. Some functionalities need some changes otherwise it is a great platform. I recommend this tool to others businesses.

For cybersecurity practitioners interested in advancing their skillset in deeply technical matters, Offensive Security Cybersecurity Courses and Certifications offers some of the most well respected, up to date, technically challenging and comprehensive training courses out there; however, users must be very disciplined, determined and resourceful in order to make the most of the high quality content on offer since good time management is critical and "Try Harder" isn't just a motto for Offensive Security Cybersecurity Courses and Certifications given the content could frustrate some inexperienced users that may be pressed for time and don't have enough drive to spend learning a good amount of possibly unfamiliar but essential content and concepts

They have a large library - make sure you clearly study the library offerings and choose the courses that are best for you as you will never be able to use all of them. Make sure you survey your user base before purchasing the licensing of the library courses so the courses are 'marked' with an employee in mind to keep costs minimized. Only purchase the Books 24x7 if you have a large IT department - otherwise you might want to lease a smaller content portion. Their Leadership Development, Project Management, business series and critical thinking and technical products are exceptional.

• Interactive tutorials that make learning feel effortless and fun.
• Wide range of topics covered.
• Challenges are sufficently difficult and therefore exciting to solve.
• If you get stuck, asking for help is easy and you are provided with just enough information to get going again.

• Content is comprehensively laid out in a clear manner
• Content is regularly kept up to date with the latest techniques seen today
• Content doesn't assume too much about the reader's existing knowledge levels
• Labs are representative and designed to emulate what could happen in real life
• Certifications are well respected and widely recognised in the security industry
• Prices are not that expensive compared to other vendors etc.

• Covers a wide-breadth of topics ranging from desktop / office skills to communications skills to leadership development
• Offers knowledge portals (Knowledge Centers) around specific topic areas such as Management Development, Six Sigma, Professional Foundations, Sales, etc - that aggregate content from the large Skillsoft resources and present it in a way that is both meaningful and relevant to the learners. Plus, they have editors update the featured topic each month.
• Include a wide variety of learning media such as eLearning courses, books, book summaries and videos.

• [I feel] it needs to be more functional while integrating with other platforms. Not the biggest drawback but there is a need to add more languages to it like PHP, Go, and Scala which is also very much developed and used in the organization.
• [I believe] the support team needs to be more active and responsive while dealing with the customers.

• The exams are quite hard to pass and some require a lot of hours to be spent on them which might leave some exhausted
• Some of the content can be hard to remember since there is a lot of syntax that might be intimidating to users not familiar with something similar from before
• Perhaps consider more specific, tailored courses rather than courses which cover many topics at once which might not necessarily be within the same niche
• More human to human interaction could be beneficial to prepare for the exams sometimes

• The platform does have room to improve their response time for assistance. Depending on the issue an internal "help team may be required"
• They removed what was called "knowledge centers" which could be summed up as an accumulation of books, courses, exams, practice exams, articles and basically any asset within the platform surrounded by a particular subject. This was a great benefit to some of our customer. It was a one-stop-shop but now you would need to search independently for all of those assets.
• Because the platforms library can be customized its a bit of a struggle to have certain assets changed or modified within Skillsoft. You basically are on their time when it comes to updates or any major changes you as a customer would like to make.

I would recommend to renew as this is part of our employee development goals and we make a strong commitment to develop employees' people skills. I think SkillSoft has a very innovative approach to develop people's interpersonal skills other than traditional classroom learning.

There are things that could be easier. Having a more customizable carousel that can rotate relevant content in and out on a regular basis would be nice. They could also make some of the video content more engaging. Some of it is pretty dull and people can lose interest pretty fast.

Just that it takes a village. It cannot be done alone. Everyone needs to know what you are doing and what their role is in the implementation. Tightly managing the project management schedule and resources is important in ensuring that everything gets done on time, and with quality. Education is KEY

Avatao is playing a great role in providing fantastic services. The great feature that I like the most in Avatao that it does not support only one programming language, it ranges its security protocols from various programming languages like Python, java, C#, and C++. Avatao bot is also very helpful in simple operation as when you get stuck somewhere the bot can actually help and make you out of that easily.

Offensive Security Cybersecurity Courses and Certifications are very comprehensive, regularly kept up to date and, unlike some other courses out there, are quite challenging and technically demanding even for industry colleagues who've been in the field for many years; for this reason, Offensive Security Cybersecurity Courses and Certifications is excellent for your more senior cyber security analysts/engineers as it will enable these technical experts in your organisation to further enhance their knowledge and learn some new tricks that they can then bring back to the workplace to share with the rest of the team

We chose SkillSoft for the overall ease of use for both our users and our administrators and have a great value proposition. We have continued our contracts for the same reasons and the relationship we have built with our Learning Consultant and Account Representative.

• Using the platform for us was a first step in teaching secure code best practices on a large scale.
• Implementing training increases overall security within the company.
• Our security culture evolves by doing trainings on a regular basis.

• Labs have allowed us to safely test new offensive as well as defensive techniques
• Certifications are widely recognised and allow us to showcase our team's maturity to external parties when required
• Content is very comprehensive so this lessens the need for covering the same topics in our internal knowledgebases

• The ability to have on-demand training saves money in not having to have an in-house trainer.
• Employees can complete training on their own time (even at home), so if they need more time for a training, they can complete it on their own time.
