    [BizConnect] is a great tool for all those people who are messy in managing their contacts and want things to get managed. It is a comprehensive tool even for a large number of business cards. One can share contact to anyone using this tool without facing any difficulty. It manages contacts so well and I can get access to any of the contact very easily. It has some flaws like the customer support team and Subscription rate.

    I advise my customers to use it for all issue tracking, in business development as well as in business operations. An interface to operational systems is therefor very helpful and enlarges the value of the KronoDesk knowledge base, provided that this information is "open" to all users of all departments.

    • Transcribe business card data that can be easily exported into Excel.
    • Great customer support. I had several questions and they always promptly reply.
    • App is super intuitive to use. Can scan a stack of business cards within minutes.

    • Its interface is a bit tricky.
    • Its charges [feel] outrageous and unfair to some extent.
    • Although its scanning is accurate, it takes time and I think this is the point where it needs improvement as scanning should be fast.

    • The possibility to create a system/subsystem/component/interface tree of the system landscape, to be used to more detailed issue associations and subsequent detailed planning and monitoring of issues.
    • A quick issue entry with the most important information would be helpful.
    • A "live" report that can contains my current "hot" issues would be helpful.

      They have always been incredibly responsive to my questions. They have a great chat feature within their application for asking questions. Their replies show up directly within the app. Super easy functionality to use. On my own accord, I even reached out to the CEO of the company and have had a great dialogue with him on LinkedIn.

      CamCard was a bit slow and pathetic tool for the management of business contacts. I really didn't admire the scanning feature of the CamCard which is the most exceptional feature of BizConnect. Moreover, CamCard didn't organize cards in a way BizConnect organizes. and the CamCard didn't work well according to my needs and demands.

      Several freeware/shareware tools like Bugzilla are missing integration with other systems. HP, IBM and CA like systems are too cumbersome and complicated for "normal" users, for me too much "hassle" to monitor issues and related information and links to other issues.
