BlueMind is exactly what you would expect from a SaaS CRM solution. It's fast and responsive with a modern design and connects to many existing systems. This is great for a workforce that is remote or we share the data with many users/stakeholders. However, because our business has multiple uses for a CRM, BlueMind isn't as customizable as some of the larger offerings

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is really helpful when it comes to projections for our business. In order to cover our office overheads, we try to project sales leads becoming opportunities and closed and won sales for each quarter so we can ensure all targets are met and obligations too.

We haven't used anything previously to Salesforce. We were trying to implement what we needed as a company with our current ticketing and quoting software, but it wasn't doing what we needed. Once we found Salesforce we were able to really dial in on the important things needed as a company.
