Brand24 vs. Radarr

Brand24 is perfect for a company that wants to build up its social media presence. It's great to know when our organization is mentioned online so I can engage with other companies. I like the mobile app but if there was a way to be notified via phone with it that would make it even better.

Radarr is best suited for businesses that need to reach out to their target audience across multiple digital channels; it really helps track how effective the campaigns are and even improve on them based on what users tend to engage with the most on each platform. It can help streamline strategies.

• The interface of Brand24 is extremely easy to use and easy to understand for beginnings or mid-level emoloyees
• The results in Brand24 are organized clearly in buckets that you can either PDF or download the raw data
• Brand24 looks at several social platforms rather than just 1 or 2, like some other tools are limited to

• Helps us track online conversations in an industry/ around a topic
• Helps us track trending topics/ themes to include in content marketing strategies
• Helps us analyze the response to the content created for different digital channels

• The user interface was confusing. I had to reach out to support for help, and I'm a pretty tech-savvy person to begin with. Support resolved my issue.

• Would love to have a topic generator in-built

I would start with Mention as opposed to beginning with Brand24. We originally used Mention but the price was increasing year-over-year so we wanted to try a cheaper alternative. We eventually did go back to Mention after Brand24, due to its ease of use and it was also easier to monitor our brand with Mention in the end.

Radarr brings you more comprehensive data and covers more digital platforms. In times when it is important to be present where your audience is and reach out to them at the right time, with the right message, that comprehensive view of data is what can help strategize better and run campaigns effectively. Also, love the visualization of data; that makes it all easy to understand.

• Positive: We can respond to customers in a reasonably realistic timeframe.
• Positive: We get updates from old content that has new activity.
