Bunchball Nitro vs. MindFire Studio

Well suited for devs that are very amateur level and an Enterprise that doesn't have the budget for a lot of custom software. This tool makes that way easier of a process and cost.

Mindfire is good when using direct mail pieces. You are able to analyze the web and print pieces together. However, it doesn't allow for good scalability of campaigns. While the templates are decent, you do need some coding knowledge to make these campaigns web compliant.

• It enables the end-user to develop, manage and optimize game mechanics.
• Salesforce and other integrations make it really easy and convenient to add to your technology stack.
• The software supports notifications, social shares and leaderboards and users have complete control over all activities that are created while using a number of game templates.

• The UI is dated and needs to be updated. The ability to delete elements after publishing and going back to edit mode. Better UX needs to be implemented.

I think Bunchball just has a cleaner interface which makes it more appealing to the end user and has a great team supporting the product that does a great job in advocating and demoing the product

Mindfire wasn't my choice. The only reason it is being used is because it correlated with direct mail.

• Positive return on investment as I feel like it has really helped me get a better view of my sales performance.
• The reporting is very clean and easy to read.
• The wide variety of gamification is great to give you control over all activities.
