BusyBusy is well suited for organizations with multiple off site job locations which require tracking. Due to it's ability to setup a high volume of work locations as well as bread crumb tracking between home office and job site, I think it is best suited for the service industry including construction, plumbing, landscaping etc. It is less appropriate for organization with single office on site work

  • Open Enrollment lets employees view and select the benefit they want for the following plan year. Sentric is easy to use and lets us in HR link their selection to their payroll records.
  • Sentric allows HR and the employee to view their paychecks. They can look at one, or many at a time.
  • When someone applies for a job via Sentric, their candidate records carry through to their employee record after we hire the person.

  • the scheduling feature has room for improvement - the views are not condensed and cannot be viewed by all employee groups
  • during the time card review process - instead of a description - it would be nice to have a reason section when changing a time card
  • the geo fences around projects - I wish they could be linear

There are some upgrades and features that don’t work without a full delete (app) and reinstall and some users don’t remember their login details. Admin time spent. As well there are some edits that could be beneficial

the switch feature and easy of use for the field employees, who are not all tech savvy, is why we chose busy busy. Other softwares only used a stop/go feature which we thought could be very confusing for employees who are just switching cost codes between jobs. Also integration was cleaner on busy busy

I haven't explored the other systems in great detail. IFS didn't appear as "user-friendly". Taleo seemed to not have the capabilities Sentric did.
