Candex vs. IBM Sterling Order Management

Well suited for small contracts with vanilla packaging from both the vendor and the organization who trust each other. You can expect that the wrong proposal (or none) may be uploaded to the contract you're signing so you just need to trust the other party to do what was discussed between each other.

The package of Sterling Order Management / Sterling Store / Sterling Call Center works very well and it supports the expansion to Geographies like US/EU/JP/China, some of hottest markets for e-commerce.

The app works fine....until there is a nuance of your business entity which it did not account for and you need to ask them for a workaround.
