CareerSiteBuilder vs. Hireology

If you have a job opening or a high turn around rate like we do. (we are a staffing company) [CareerSiteBuilder] is a great place to to start. It is affordable and reaches hundreds of potential employees. When you search resumes sometimes when you enter keywords you have to play around with it to find the right phrasing. Its not difficult just time consuming.

The advantages have been striking, the hiring process is now much simpler than it was in the past, and we have been able to hire individuals who have formed a strong bond with the team as a whole, adapted to our entire system, and have been the pioneers in improving our work significantly. A better product is thus available for all kinds of organisations.

• The mobile app is user friendly but still doesn't allow for some of the functions of the live site
• The ability to schedule emails and texts is needed
• Sponsor jobs to specific job boards

I don't have much to compare Hireology to other than posting on different job boards. Hireology is better because one post does it all!

• We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
• We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
• We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

• It has saved us a ton of time trying to keep our hiring process organized.
• It has saved us a ton of time trying to get job postings up, checking references, doing background checks and communicating with candidates.
