Celayix vs. Factorial

This is software that will be very useful for all companies since they will be able to control the entries and exits of their employees in their jobs, the hours worked, shift changes, and everything related to the performance of the staff. They will not have to worry about personnel planning because the software will do it.

I am not fully convinced about factorial HR yet. We are about to transition to a new tool after using Recruitee for a long time. The bar was high when it came to recruitment ATS. and Factorial HR is multifaceted but not as well structured or functional. Support in other languages should also be improved, as those are the most common reviews I have seen online.

• The control of time and absences, allows us to keep all payroll, payments, and control of days worked, in order.
• Its interface is very intuitive and easy to master, we do not need technical service for installation or use.
• The activities that can be programmed automatically, such as alarms, mailings, and other activities, and facilitates daily work.

• The no guarantee of temporary employees returning to work is a big concern and accountability is difficult

• i think the main area is time off requests.
• also, customer service is not as responsive.

We were given a dedicated customer service rep that is there whenever we need them. Emails are answered within hours and the knowledge base they have has many of the answers including easy to follow how-to's. We haven't run into any issues that can't be solved in less than 24 hours.

Celayix is a flexible and powerful employee scheduling tool with a secure online cloud used to create and edit schedules. It is the very best automated scheduling solution that allows us to manage the workforce digitally and it is a great resource for any organization.

I does not stack up very well. It's best feature is that it is a 360 HR platform, but it needs to evolve and improve. Recruitee and Teamtailor seem way better options, in my opinion, for the Applicant tracking system. Time off tends to get confusing at times, and employees prefer tools like bamboo or Roots, which integrate well with other tools.

• We needed to automate much of the shift allocations and this solution did it.
• The solution we picked had to have integrations such as Salesforce and Celayix has that.

• It has not had any impact. we are testing the tool for a while now, but we do not think it will make it to the end of the process.
• It seems good for ATS but all other functionalities seemed to have been left behind.
• I like that it allows managing posts and other things like internal social media and communities.
