Checkbook.io vs. Plooto

I answered this in my initial response

I only use Plooto to collect monthly payments from my clients. They set up a pre authorized debit agreement, I schedule the monthly payment, and that's it. Payment from my clients are processed automatically - I don't need to do anything further. Should something change, it is very simple to make adjustments, pause or cancel client payments.

"Support" takes way too long and they never seem to be able to fix the issues. Personally, I think the support departments name should be changed to "State Your Issues and We Will Take Our Sweet Time Getting Back To You and We Will Never Truly Fix Your Issues"

I find that Plooto has been much easier to use and set up than PayPal Payments. I also like Plooto's flat rate pricing. Basically I never have to think about how I am going to get paid every month and that is very important to a small business like mine.
