I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to any talent team hiring at scale. We run large scale hiring campaigns for field teams where new sites ramp up, think 50 plus employees. In those case, chekr's ability to launch and track checks in bulk is a lifesaver.

  • The analytics section in the dashboard allows you to sort by geography and date so you fully understand where and when your applicants are applying.
  • The training resources available to employees make sure that we are fully compliant.
  • The dedicated account manager helps us through all hurdles.

It has plenty of customization that you can do to help with sending information to those who need it rather than to just one person for all things. Allowing for more workflow customization for your organization's needs.

  • It is sped up our onboarding process quite a bit since background checks now happen at a pretty fast pace.
  • Integration with our ATS has also kept our workflow simple, so my team doesnt need to get training on a separate software and manage multiple logins.
